All check-ins during working hours will be done personally by a member of our Team. Please contact our office from the Al Fattan Security Desk once you arrive at the tower and we will be happy to meet and greet you in the lobby of Al Fattan. Office Opening Hours: Sunday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Should you arrive outside office hours we will leave the key for you at the 24 hour Security Desk in Al Fattan, clearly marked with your name and apartment number. The official check-in and signing of the Rental Contract will than be done the following morning.

 Direction From Airport

From Dubai International Airport, take Sheikh Zayed Road (main Highway) towards the direction of Jebel Ali / Abu Dhabi. After the Hard Rock Café take the exit for the Dubai Marina / Jumeirah Beach Residence. Take a right turn, coming straight towards the beach and Jumeirah Beach Residence. Al Fattan Tower is located right at the beach, opposite the Oasis Beach Hotel, Ritz Carlton and Hilton Jumeirah. The Al Fattan Towers stand out as 2 big blue / green Glass Twin Towers amongst Jumeirah Beach Residence. The entrance is right next to the Pharmacy.
