By accessing our website or making a booking with DubaiHoliday.in ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the traveller", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all bookings, enquiries, and services provided by DubaiHoliday.in, operated from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
A booking is confirmed only after:
Verbal commitments or provisional holds do not constitute a confirmed booking. DubaiHoliday.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion.
Payment terms are as follows:
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and booking is confirmed.
Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp). The following charges apply based on notice period before departure:

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days. Airfare cancellation charges are governed by the respective airline's policy and are non-refundable in most cases.
Any changes to a confirmed booking (dates, hotels, number of travellers) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Amendment requests must be made in writing. DubaiHoliday.in reserves the right to amend itineraries due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, with equivalent alternatives offered where possible.
It is the traveller's responsibility to hold valid travel documents for Dubai, including:
DubaiHoliday.in is not responsible for visa rejections or denial of entry due to incomplete documentation or personal circumstances. Visa fees are non-refundable once applied.
DubaiHoliday.in strongly recommends that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and personal liability. We can assist in recommending insurance providers, but purchase of insurance is the traveller's responsibility. DubaiHoliday.in will not be held liable for losses that would have been covered by travel insurance.
DubaiHoliday.in acts as an organiser and intermediary between travellers and service providers (hotels, airlines, activity operators). While we take every care in selecting our partners, we cannot be held liable for:
Our maximum liability to any traveller shall not exceed the total amount paid to DubaiHoliday.in for the booking in question.
DubaiHoliday.in shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, airport closures, or acts of God. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to offer alternative arrangements or credit for future travel.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and participate in chosen activities. It is recommended to consult a doctor before travel, particularly for adventure activities such as desert safaris, dune bashing, or water sports. DubaiHoliday.in is not liable for health-related incidents during the trip.
If you experience any issue during your trip, please contact our 24/7 support line immediately so we can resolve it promptly. Complaints raised after the trip must be submitted in writing within 14 days of your return. We are committed to addressing all genuine complaints fairly and promptly.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from bookings with DubaiHoliday.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
